Navman Wireless Adds Multi-Stop Route Optimization to Fleet Tracking System
Calculates & Delivers Fastest/Shortest Routes Directly to Driver; Powered by Dashfly via API
GLENVIEW, IL (January 6, 2012) – Navman Wireless has added a route optimization capability to its OnlineAVL2 fleet tracking software through integration with Dashfly's web-based mapping service. The new option – available exclusively in the U.S. – saves time, mileage and fuel by enabling dispatchers to calculate the fastest and shortest driving routes for up to 25 stops with one click and then electronically transmitting the resulting routing information to Navman Wireless' M-Nav in-vehicle terminals for driver notification and turn-by-turn navigation.

Core Fleet Tracking Business Now Becomes Exclusive Focus
GLENVIEW, IL (December 21, 2011) – Navman Wireless today announced the sale of its OEM Solutions subsidiary, a leading designer and manufacturer of Global Positioning System (GPS) modules, to machine-to-machine (M2M) wireless technology provider Telit Communications Plc. The OEM Solutions business, with twelve employees, is located in Foothills Ranch, CA and focuses purely on the sale of GPS modules. The transaction enables Navman Wireless to concentrate on its rapidly growing fleet tracking and asset management business, which currently represents over 90% of company revenues.
