TJ Chung
Chief Executive Officer
TJ Chung assumed the position of chief executive officer of Navman Wireless Holdings in July 2007. Chung also serves on the board of Navman Wireless Holdings.
Prior to becoming Navman Wireless CEO, Chung served as President of the New Technologies Group of Brunswick Corporation from 2002 to 2007. The New Technologies Group delivers electronics and software products and services to multiple vertical markets. Chung was elected Corporate Vice President at Brunswick in 2000. He was a Vice President and member of the executive management team of Mercury Marine, a division of Brunswick Corporation, from 1997 to 2000.
Before joining Brunswick, Chung served as director of international sales and marketing for Emerson Electric Company's industrial motors division. Prior to that, Chung was a software and systems engineer at Alcatel.
Chung has 20 years of executive, global management, and technology development experience in electronics and industrial markets. He holds an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business, an MS in computer science from North Carolina State University and a BS in electrical and computer engineering from the University of Texas.
Chung is on the board of directors at Littelfuse (NASDAQ: LFUS) and the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Illinois.
Mike Henn
Executive Vice President
Chief Financial Officer
Mike Henn became chief financial officer of Navman Wireless Holdings upon inception of the independent company in July 2007 and serves on the company’s board of directors. Previously, he was chief financial officer of Brunswick New Technologies since 2003, with responsibility for all of BNT’s financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, financial controls, acquisition, evaluation and selection and financial reporting.
Earlier in his Brunswick career, Henn served as director, mergers and acquisitions, transactional finance, and was instrumental in leading the financial modeling, due diligence and deal execution of several acquisitions across each of Brunswick’s five operating divisions. Prior to joining Brunswick, he spent 13 years with PriceWaterhouseCoopers LLC in various audit and merger and acquisition advisory roles.
Henn holds an MBA from the Graduate School of Business at the University of Chicago and earned his bachelor of business administration degree at the University of Notre Dame.
Tony Neill
Executive Vice President
Tony Neill assumed his current position as Executive Vice President with the Navman Wireless Holdings in 2007. He is responsible for all Navman Wireless fleet management businesses in the UK and throughout European markets. Neill has over ten years of experience with companies in the telematics industry, providing general management, sales and marketing leadership.
Neill co-founded Navman Wireless UK in 2001 and was instrumental in growing that business into the leading fleet management solutions provider in the UK. Previously, Neill spent six years in various sales and marketing positions with Rank Xerox, Inc and Pitney Bowes.
Neill earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in business studies from Huddersfield University in the UK and a diploma in business and finance from the University of Ulster, Ireland.
Paresh Nagda
Vice President to Engineering and Chief Technology Officer
Paresh Nagda joined Navman Wireless Holdings as VP and Chief Technology Officer in 2008 and has worked in fleet tracking and asset management industry since 1999. Nagda is based in the Pleasanton, CA R&D office and has responsibility for all product development within Navman Wireless.
Prior to joining Navman Wireless Holdings, Nagda was VP of MRM Software for Trimble/@Road and has extensive experience in fleet tracking and management solutions. Nagda was with @Road for over eight years when it grew from a relatively small startup into the US market leader in fleet tracking systems. Prior to @Road, Nagda was a software development manager and senior architect for Informix, division of IBM and a senior architect for IMC Agribusiness.
Nagda earned a B.S. in Electrical Engineering at the University of Mumbai.
Davis Gammage
Vice President, Business Development
Davis Gammage joined Navman Wireless in 2008, and has worked in fleet tracking and management and wireless communications since 1991.
Prior to joining Navman Wireless Holdings, Gammage was senior director of program management and product development at Qualcomm Wireless Business Solutions. In his 12 years at QUALCOMM, Gammage held several positions of increasing responsibility and contributed significantly to the company’s substantial growth in its installed base, revenue and profitability.
From 1991 to 1995, Gammage was deputy program manager and product manager at Science Applications International Corporation in San Diego. He led the engineering, manufacturing, contractual and finance teams and served as his division’s principal representative for U.S. Department of Defense customers.
Gammage graduated from the University of California, Berkeley with a BA degree in International Relations and Economics.
George Arnott
Vice President, OEM Business Unit
A 30-year navigation industry veteran, George Arnott has managed Navman Wireless’ OEM business since 2003. He is responsible for directing the global sales and engineering support teams for Navman Wireless’ OEM products that utilize GPS technology.
In his career before joining Navman Wireless, Arnott held executive positions with Koden Marine Electronics, Rockwell Industries, Conexant and Skyworks. He has worked in all phases of the semiconductor process from wafer starts to mobile phones to GPS navigation units.
Steve Blackburn
Vice President of EMEA
Steve Blackburn is responsible for sales and marketing activities in the UK and European markets for Navman Wireless Holdings. Blackburn joined Navman Wireless UK in 2002 and help grew Navman Wireless UK into the leading fleet management solutions provider in the UK. Blackburn's responsibilities include continuing to drive UK revenue growth and expanding the success in the UK into Denmark, Spain, Italy and Ireland.
In addition, Blackburn is responsible for identifying new legislative developments and government policy reviews. His objectives are to keep fleet customers informed on their legal responsibilities, add value support services, and explore how compliance requirements can be used as triggers for new product developments and technology applications.
Renaat ver Eecke
Vice President, Wireless- North America
Renaat Ver Eecke has been with Navman Wireless Holdings since its former incarnation as a part of Brunswick New Technologies. From 2005 to 2007, he served in various positions with Brunswick New Technologies, including general manager, North America for Navman Wireless with responsibility for all operations. He developed and executed the North American sales strategy and increased sales by more than 100 percent.
Before joining Brunswick, Ver Eecke was co-founder and managing partner at Forte Solutions, LLC, a consulting firm that develops custom software solutions for private and government clients. He developed the firm’s business strategy and sales and marketing plan and was instrumental in winning accounts from the SEC and FEMA.
From 1998 to 2001, Ver Eecke was a consultant in the communications and high-tech group with Accenture, LLP. He holds an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management and has two Bachelor of Science degrees, one in physics from Georgetown University and the other in mechanical engineering from Catholic University of America.
Ian Daniel
Vice President, Wireless Asia Pacific
Ian Daniel is responsible for the Asia and Australasia fleet management markets for Navman Wireless Holdings. Daniel has been with Navman Wireless since 2002 as director of sales for New Zealand and Australia. He was instrumental for growing Navman Wireless New Zealand into the leading fleet management solutions provider in the New Zealand market.
Daniel has 20 years of experience in sales, channel management, business development and sales management. He is completing a diploma in managerial excellence from the New Zealand Institute of Management. Daniel is based in Auckland, New Zealand.
Chris Bradley
Vice President, Wireless Latin America
Chris Bradley has been with Navman Wireless since 2002 and has held a variety of roles from product management and R&D to sales management. In his current role, he has responsibility for the company's Mexico operations and is also responsible for the company's Latin American expansion initiatives. Prior to joining Navman Wireless, Bradley gained valuable telecommunications and telematics industry experience in general management, marketing and business development roles with Motorola and BellSouth. Educated in England, Bradley holds an MBA from Southampton University and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in biochemistry from the University of York. Bradley is based in Glenview, IL.
Ashok Bhat
Vice President, Operations
Ashok Bhat has responsibilities for the supply chain and operations function for Navman Wireless. Bhat is based in Singapore and has served in his current position since February 2007. From 2007 to 2001, he held management positions at Phillips Electronics in Hong Kong as senior director of supply bASE management, and director of purchasing. Prior to Phillips, Bhat worked for General Electric in Mumbai as Master Black Belt-Six Sigma Quality for GE Power Systems; in Mt. Laurel, NJ, as manager, sourcing and inventory for GE Supply; and in Ft. Wayne, Ind. as leader, industrial sourcing, for GE Motors and Industrial Systems. Trained as an industrial engineer, Bhat holds an MBA from the University of Toledo (Ohio) and a bachelor's degree in industrial and production engineering from Manipal Institute of Technology in India.
