Manager of Software Development

 

 Location:

Pleasanton, CA

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage the design, development  & implementation of GPS Automatic Vehicle Location (AVL) software system & related databases. 
  • Direct analysis of software & user reqs. 
  • Manage Tier-2 support for AVL system & networking issues. 
  • Direct design, development & testing of AVL support tools.
  • Manage testing, troubleshooting & tech support.
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Information Systems or related field with 5 years of related progressive experience or Masters degree in said fields & 3 years of related progressive experience
  •   Proficiency required in C++, MS Windows, C#NET 2.0, ASP.NET 2.0, SQL Server, XML, HTML & TCIP/IP.
